THE SECOND SOLO FESTIVAL IS OVER
The second edition of the Solo Festival organized by the Belgrade Dance Institute for three days was presented to the Belgrade and Novi Sad audience at the National Museum of Serbia, the Cultural Station Barka in Novi Sad, and the closing ceremony was held last night on May 29th at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Belgrade, and the pavilion of the Cultural Center of Belgrade on Floral square.
The works of artists from Belgium, France, Austria, Hungary and Serbia were presented, which were performed in the form of solo choreography and performance. In their works, artists re-examine the contemporary moment of life, the position of women artists in society, the impact of social networks on the individual, their fears, sufferings, helplessness caused by the social system.
With an interdisciplinary approach, interactive performances, these works ask questions and activate the audience.
