MASTERCLASS ON CHOREOGRAPHY AND METHODOLOGY OF FOLK DANCE
The Belgrade Dance Institute in Belgrade will organize a masterclass on choreography and methodology of folk dance on Saturday, February 11th, 2023, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm at the Belgrade Dance Institute, Bulevar vojvode Mišića 43 in Belgrade.
The masterclass will be led by Prof. dr Anton Andonov from the Academy of Music, Dance, and Fine Arts (AMTII) in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, Prof. dr Vesna Bajić Stojiljković, Velimir Agovski, and Boban Kostić from the Belgrade Dance Institute in Belgrade.
The masterclass will cover lectures and practical work in choreographic composition and direction, spatial composition, processing of dance patterns, and methodology of learning folk dances.
The masterclass is intended for students of middle ballet school – folk dance direction, professional dancers, dancers in cultural and artistic societies, choreographers of folk dances, and teachers who lead folklore sections in elementary schools.

The price of the Masterclass is 2000 RSD and is paid through the attached payment slip by Friday, February 10th, 2023. For students and members of the Academic Folk Ensemble, the masterclass is free. Free parking is available for masterclass participants in front of the Institute building.
