LECTURES OF THE GUEST CHOREOGRAPHER LUKA OSTREŽ STARTED
Guest lectures on contemporary dance and repertoire by Luka Ostrež, a Slovenian choreographer and dancer, begin today at the Belgrade Dance Institute.
He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Arts in Zurich, and already during his education he collaborated with the most famous choreographers of today, Barack Marshall, Ihsan Rustem, Renaud Wieser, Laurent Zahar, Emanuele Sovai and others.
He participated in the Steps Festival 2018 with Itzik Galili Anabel Lopez Ochoa, Michael Schumacher and Jasmine Morand.
He gained professional experience in collaborations with Edward Klug, Mauro de Candia, Mark Geke, Mary Wigman and others.
He collaborates with numerous dance academies as a lecturer, and presented himself to the Belgrade audience at last year’s 25th Festival of Choreographic Miniatures, where he won the first prize for choreography Doomsday, which he performed.
Choreographer Luka Ostrež will hold a special open master class for players on February 14th on Valentine’s Day, starting at 12:00.
