BELGRADE DANCE INSTITUTE AT DUBAI EXPO 2020

 

At the invitation of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with the Government of the Republic of Serbia, the delegation of the Belgrade Dance Institute and the School of Engineering Management will be guests at EXPO 2020 DUBAI from December 10th to 18th, 2021 as part of the fourth thematic week Knowledge and Learning.

The delegation consists of Prof. Dr. Vladimir Tomašević, Dean; Prof. Dr. Snežana Arnautović Stjepanović, Vice Dean for Teaching at the Institute; Prof. Dr. Tatjana Ilić – Kosanović, Vice Dean for Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Srđan Tomić, Vice Dean for Teaching at the School of Engineering Management, Prof. Dr. Katarina Štrbac, Head of the Department of Security and Jelena Rajković, Assistant.

The Minister of Education, Science and Technological Development, Branko Ružić, addressed the professors of the Belgrade Dance Institute and the School of Engineering Management with a visit to the Business Hub of Serbia and wished them a lot of success in their work.

During the week dedicated to education, professors will present the programs of undergraduate, master’s and doctoral studies of Artistic Dance and the School of Engineering Management, and will talk daily with candidates for enrollment in doctoral studies from the United Arab Emirates.

During their stay, professors will participate in numerous conferences and educational programs that will be organized at EXPO 2020.

Due to the corona virus pandemic, the World Expo 2020 Dubai is being held in Dubai from October 2021 to March 2022 instead of the planned 2020 and 2021.

This is the first World Exhibition ever organized in the Arab world, in the Middle East, Africa and South Asia (MEASA region). Through the theme Connecting Minds, Creating the Future and Thematic Opportunities, Mobility and Sustainability, the event aims to present the best examples of cooperation and innovation from around the world.
