The 12th Belgrade International Film Festival of Persons with Disabilities – Bosifest ended with the award ceremony
The Grand Prix of the 12th Bosifest was won by the documentary HOUSE / UNE MAISON by French director Judith Auffray.
The award for best director went to the film VICTOR by Belgian director Christophe Hermans.
The award for best screenplay goes to the Iranian film INVISIBLE LINES, directed by Mehdi Rakhshani.
Special awards went to the Italian film CRAZY WHEELS / MEGLIO UN GIORNO directed by Elena Rebecca Carini and Ilaria Giangrande.
The award for the best screenplay for an Iranian film, INVISIBLE LINES, was received by the director of the Cultural Center of Iran in Belgrade, Mr. Mohamad Tagi Bahtijari, instead of the director Mehdi Rakhshani.
Prof. Dr. Snežana Arnautović Stjepanović, from the Belgrade Dance Institute, was presented with a letter of thanks for her contribution to the realization of the twelfth Belgrade International Film Festival of Persons with Disabilities BOSIFEST 2021.
The awards were presented by jury members Ivan Ikić and Stefan Ivančić at the closing of the Festival on October 20th at the Yugoslav Cinematheque.
Due to the pandemic caused by Covid 19, the authors of the award-winning films addressed the audience via a video link.
The director of Bosifest, Darko Ivić, expressed his satisfaction with the successfully held festival, despite all the difficulties caused by Covid 19. He thanked everyone who participated in the realization of the festival.
