Pervazi was educated at the University of Performing Arts in Albania, and studied in Paris. He is the founder of the Albanian Dance Theater and a company that encourages contemporary dance in the area and is the director of the Albania Dance Meeting dance festival. He is an assistant professor at the University of Arts in Tirana in the choreography department.
