INTENSIVE AUTUMN SEMINAR – CLASSICAL BALLET
Ballet master Carlos Montalvan (Cuba) will hold an intensive autumn seminar – classical ballet from September 26th to October 7th at the Belgrade Dance Institute.
The seminar will include classical ballet exercises with an emphasis on technical requirements and their mastery, duet play and repertoire.
The intensive autumn seminar – classical ballet is intended for students of elementary (3rd and 4th grade) and high school ballet schools (1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th grade), as well as professional dancers.
The class schedule will be announced on Friday, September 23rd.
The final presentation will be performed publicly on October 7th in the hall of the New Space of the Belgrade Dance Institute.
The price of the Intensive autumn seminar – classical ballet is 10,000 RSD.
Classes are free for members of the Youth Ballet company.

Carlos Montalvan studied classical ballet and contemporary dance at the National Academy in Cuba. He started his career at the Camagey Ballet in Cuba. He played leading roles in Swan Lake, Sleeping Beauty, Carmen, Romeo and Juliet and others. He performed with the most important ballerinas of today such as Paula Acosta, Leticia Giuliani, Luciana Savignano, Carla Fracci and others.
The champion is the Ballet Del Sud in Lecce (Italy) and the artistic director of the Lecce Ballet School.
